Peer to Peer Mentoring: Time Management in a 24/7 Working World

Family! Work! Friends! Fitness! Sleep! Is it possible to balance all of life’s demands in today’s 24/7 working world? Join NAWBO Richmond and Southeast Virginia for an engaging peer-to-peer mentoring session as we work together to identify practical time management, productivity, and efficiency solutions. Attendees are encouraged to come prepared to share with fellow attendees personal time management tips as well as an area where they have a need. Through collaboration with our peers, we’ll aim to make 2017 a less stressful year!

Speaking of stress – stress is not healthy for your heart! Did you know that heart disease is the number 1 killer of women? February is American Heart Month, and we are encouraging attendees to wear RED in support of this cause.
