In the new year, NAWBO Richmond will continue its "How She Built It" series featuring NAWBO Richmond member Dr. Natasha Knight, owner of Taking It Pro and recent Women of Excellence 2020 "Student Entrepreneur of the Year" winner. Natasha recently co-founded Taking It Pro LLC, a career and professional development services firm focused on helping women of color be energized, bold, and relentless in achieving career success on their own terms. She is a certified YouMap® coach and uses that framework to help women discover and learn how to talk about their strengths in a way that helps them create successful and fulfilling careers. Natasha is also a social scientist at Altria, where she provides public health expertise for underage tobacco prevention initiatives and scientific advocacy activities. We will learn about our fellow NAWBO Richmond member and her journey as a researcher, author, and multi-passionate entrepreneur. Thereafter, members will be led through a discussion to network and learn about each other’s challenges in the same capacity.
