Since 2006, Computer Aid, Inc. (CAI) has been the Managed Service Provider responsible for overseeing all service delivery activities for the IT Contingent Labor (ITCL) contract for the Commonwealth of Virginia. The CAI ITCL Contract is comprised of two separate programs:
- Staff Augmentation of IT temporary resources
- SOW Deliverables-based, Fixed Price Projects
Between now and April 30, 2012, CAI will hold an open enrollment for companies interested in joining the network of suppliers who are able to compete for deliverables-based work under $2 million in the Statements of Work program. Since the SOW program began in late 2010, $17,307,830 has been awarded to participating firms, with $7,145,078 (41.28%) being awarded to the Commonwealth’s small, women, and minority owned (SWaM) firms.
