Lauren Sweeney
Founder & CEO,
Dotted Line Collaborations

In 2013, Lauren founded Dotted Line Collaborations — a modern agency built on partnership, creativity, and results. Rather than the traditional client-agency relationship, Lauren insists on open and frequent conversations, thoughtful insights, and cost-effective implementation. And just like the clients it guides on a daily basis, DLC continues to grow and thrive thanks to Lauren’s strategic direction.

Erin Powell
Ginger Juice Co.

Erin Powell got an early start on understanding the importance of a healthy lifestyle.  Growing up as a ballet dancer taught Erin discipline and gave her an outlet to explore her passions. Before Ginger Juice she spent most of her career in sales and marketing with Royall & Company and Snagajob.

Combine Erin’s passion for health, her background in business, and an extreme love for her (red headed) son, Sayer, and Ginger Juice Company was born.

Ginger Juice started at local Farmer's Markets and launched an online business before opening it's first retail location in the Village Shpping Center (Patterson & Three Chopt) in October 2015.

Matt Thonhill

Managing Partner, SIR: Institute for Tomorrow

Some people spend their entire careers trying to make their mark. Matt has been making his mark since day one. From his early days at Ogilvy in New York to when he was the new business manager at The Martin Agency as it grew four-fold to become a national player, Matt has been making a difference for clients.

Called a "Renaissance man" by many, Matt is a talented speaker, author, copywriter, designer, techno-geek, and futurist. Like John Martin, Matt's especially skilled at seeing the big picture and connecting the dots that others miss.

For SIR, Matt runs the Institute for Tomorrow think tank, which is the natural evolution of its two earlier iterations — the Boomer Project and GenerationsMatter. More clients want to understand what's coming, so Matt and John have expanded their focus beyond generational dynamics to include demographic and cultural trends affecting everyone's future.

Frequently a top-rated keynote speaker, Matt inspires audiences with his insights and implications on "the future we already know."
