Jacqui is the proud photographer for VADems and VEDP.

Heidi Jenkins Maestri is a seasoned event planner and entrepreneur based in Richmond, Virginia, with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences. As the owner of Events by Heidi, a concierge event planning business, Heidi specializes in delivering bespoke, personalized event experiences for both individuals and organizations. Whether curating intimate gatherings or large-scale corporate events, her attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to excellence ensure that every event is executed seamlessly from start to finish.

In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Heidi serves in a full-time capacity with a boutique financial advisory firm based in Beverly Hills, California. Her role bridges the worlds of financial planning and client relations, where she helps clients navigate their financial goals with a keen focus on personalized service and strategic guidance.

Heidi’s unique blend of expertise in event planning and financial services positions her as a multifaceted professional with a diverse skill set. With a reputation for delivering results and cultivating lasting relationships, Heidi continues to grow both her event planning business and her contributions in the financial sector. 

Tonya is a Partner with WellsColeman and oversees Client Accounting and Advisory Services. In her role, she focuses on helping business owners make strategic financial decisions and provides tax and advisory services for businesses and their owners. She is passionate about consulting with businesses on strategic financial management.

Dawn has more than 30 years of family law experience. She truly enjoys helping people and guiding them through some of life’s toughest times. She has been named among Virginia Business’ Legal Elite and has been recognized as an outstanding attorney by SuperLawyers. 

Emma Neuhaus is the administrative mastermind for associations and small businesses alike. Using her innovative talents, expertise, and attention to detail, she is able to fulfill (and exceed) her clients' needs in their day-to-day business operations and help them grow. Services include everything from Executive Director services to project-specific support like graphic design, marketing packages, event planning, partnership proposals, and more!
