Named as NAWBO Richmond's 2017 'Entrepreneur of the Year,' Kim is the founder and CEO of MAXX Potential, a tech talent incubator whose unique business model has been recognized by Fast Company and Southern Living Magazine as one of the innovations changing the South. Prior to MAXX, Kim held global technology leadership positions at GE Corporate, GE Industrial Systems and Genworth Financial, as well as founding multiple startups, the RVA Tech Women’s conference, and Techsters program for middle school girls. She serves on the boards of the RVA Makerfest, CodeRVA High School, YWCA Executive Committee, and is Chairperson of the Board for RVAtech's Technology Education Foundation.
