Are you regretting how you showed up with anger or impatience towards others after a rough day at work? Are you sick of feeling like you can't get everything done on your to-do list with perfection? Are you already finding yourself overcommitting to things as the pandemic restrictions ease up?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, you won't want to miss this event! Join us for an interactive, virtual discussion with Dr. Arpita Gupta DePalma, founder of Thought Work, MD (and fellow NAWBO member!), as she teaches us the strategies to increase our awareness throughout each day. During this presentation, she will equip you with the tools to lead a more intentional and less reactionary life!

There will be an opportunity for live coaching should you choose to participate!

About the Speaker

Throughout her career in pediatrics, Dr. Arpita Gupta DePalma realized her pursuit of perfectionism in all aspects of her life was preventing her from appreciating joy to the fullest extent. With the help of podcasts, physician coaching programs, and mastering the coach certification program with The Life Coach School, she began to manage her mind and noticed a substantial difference in her awareness and overall coping skills.

As a result, she was inspired to help others recognize that oftentimes their underlying thoughts pertaining to areas such as self-worth, perfectionism, and time management lead to frustrated reactions and regret.

In February 2021, Arpita founded Thought Work, MD, to provide coaching to professional women, guiding them through the process of learning how to identify, manage, and let go of what is not serving them – whether it be at home or work.
