NAWBO Richmond's Marketing Committee helps drive awareness of our chapter and keeps members informed about all NAWBO-related happenings. Projects may include work on branding, marketing strategies, social media campaigns, newsletter writing, and publicity for the chapter. Meet the Committee!



Colleen Quinn is the founder of Quinn Law Centers, located in Richmond, Virginia. Her practice's mission is to make a difference in the lives of others by building families through assisted reproductive technologies and adoption or re-building lives after a traumatic event or serious injury or job termination. Their team is heavily staffed with paralegals, law student externs, college interns, and they also utilize a collection of investigators, nurse consultants, engineers, and other specialists. The Quinn Law Centers include The Women's Injury Law Center, The Personal Injury and Employment Law Center, and The Adoption and Surrogacy Law Center. Soon to come also the Family and Estate Planning Law Center.

As a Past NAWBO President, past Co-Chair of the WE, past NAWBO Entrepreneur of the Year Award winner (and before that Rising Star nominee), co-founder of the WE Student Entrepreneur award and instigator of the NAWBO-Girl Scout Partnership, Colleen has been heavily invested in supporting NAWBO for well more than 20 years and is excited to serve on the Marketing Committee!



Joye B. Moore is the founder of Joyebells Sweet Potato PiesJoyebells launched in October 2019 with its signature product "Joyebells Sweet Potato Pies," just as COVID-19 hit. Despite the pandemic and the ever-changing ‘new norm,’ Joyebells pivoted. Through faith, hard work, and determination, they have exercised their mission statement and advocate for their community. 

Joye uses a legacy recipe from her third great-grandmother, Sarah Mae Howell, to make her signature, delicious pies! Since October 2019, she has grown her business to retail in fifty grocery stores, five independent grocers, and all forty-five Central RVA & Tri-Cities FOOD LION stores! And did you know? As of February 7th, those famed sweet potato pies hit shelves in Sam's Clubs in 24 states!

Joyebells' mission is to deliver an exceptional quality experience that brings people together and leaves customers feeling like family while enriching the lives and families of their employees. Joyebells values family and tradition, being great stewards of the company's legacy, and giving back to the communities they serve. 




Elaine Digges is the mastermind behind MISS ELAINE NEOUS, a blog that takes followers on a journey of miscellaneous travels (hence the name Miss Elaine Neous)! Elaine is a local Instagram content creator who focuses on telling the stories of small businesses through experiences. Her mission is to represent all areas and neighborhoods in Richmond, giving a platform to bring locals together.

Her voice and dedication to the River City led to writing for “Richmond Grid," “Here Weekly - Richmond,” as well as “The Richmond Experience." Look out for her weekly content every Tuesday and Friday. Included are listing guides and insights into what’s going on in Richmond!

MISS ELAINE NEOUS has a focus on “living and spending locally” and highlights all the great things to do in every corner of RVA. She joined NAWBO Richmond after recently creating her LLC and pursing a more serious path with her informative page.
